How To Make Organic Chicken Sesame:

Ingredients:

General:

  • Chicken Broth 250 ml
  • Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  • Dry sherry 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 250 ml
  • Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil 5 drops
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon

 

For Organic Chicken:

  • Organic Chicken Breast (small cubes) 1/2 kg
  • Distilled White Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch 1/4 cup
  • Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Clove Garlic (finely cut) 1 piece
  • Water 120 ml
  • Olive Oil around 1 lt.
  • Dark Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds 2 tablespoons

 

Instructions:

Now that you have gathered all the required ingredients, here are the steps that you need to follow to make organic chicken sesame:

  1. Take a deep bowl and spread the flour evenly on it
  2. Add baking soda, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch, dry sherry, soy sauce, vegetable oil, 5 drops of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of water
  3. Stir the mixture well until everything is evenly mixed
  4. Put in the organic chicken breasts and marinate them well. Make sure the coating is spread all over the organic chicken for proper cooking
  5. Put the marinated organic chicken in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes
  6. Take a saucepan and add distilled vinegar, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, chilli paste, chicken broth, garlic clove, and sugar
  7. Put the pan over a high flame and let the mixture boil
  8. Now, in a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup of cornstarch and 120 ml of water and mix it
  9. Add this mixture into the saucepan and mix well with the other ingredients while they heat onto the high flame
  10. Simmer for around 1.5 to 2 minutes. Do this till the sauce turns clear and has a thick feel to it
  11. Decrease the flame to reduce the temperature but still keep the sauce mixture warm
  12. Take another saucepan and add olive oil to it. Make sure the temperature is around 190 degrees Celsius
  13. Put the refrigerated and marinated organic chicken breast into the saucepan and fry for around 5 minutes till you see the organic chicken turning golden brown and floating on the oil
  14. Dry out excess oil and garnish with some toasted sesame seeds to add a final touch
