How to make organic chicken Manchurian.!

Organic chicken Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese recipe. It is one of the best chicken recipes to be eaten with chicken fried rice. If u like spicy foods, then it’s a perfect recipe for you. For Manchurian chicken

⦁ Boneless chicken (cut into dice) – 800 grams

⦁ Black pepper – one teaspoon

⦁ Soy sauce – one teaspoon

⦁ Salt -1 tablespoon

⦁ Cloves of garlic (chopped) – 4

⦁ Flour – two teaspoons

⦁ Vinegar – two tablespoons

⦁ Eggs – 2

⦁ Corn starch – four teaspoons

For Gravy

⦁ Oil – half a cup

⦁ Garlic paste – one teaspoon

⦁ Spring onion (white part) -2

⦁ Green chilli – 5-6

⦁ Chicken stock – 1 cup

⦁ Chicken cube – 1

⦁ Soy sauce – one tablespoon

⦁ Vinegar – one tablespoon

⦁ Sugar – two teaspoons

⦁ Black pepper – one teaspoon

⦁ salt to taste

⦁ Chilli sauce – half a tablespoon

⦁ Ketchup – two teaspoons

⦁ Corn starch – two teaspoons



⦁ Take 800 grams of boneless chicken (cut into dice) in a bowl.

⦁ Add 1 tablespoon of say sauce, one teaspoon of black pepper, salt(according to your taste), and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

⦁ Now add the chopped cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of corn starch.

⦁ Add two eggs and mix well all the ingredients.

⦁ Now cover and let it marinate for 10-20 minutes.

Manchurian chicken 

⦁ Add oil in a wok and heat it on a medium-high flame.

⦁ Add the marinated chicken pieces one by one and let them fry till the colour is changed to golden.

⦁ After fully frying the chicken, take it out and put it on towel paper on a plate.

⦁ Do the same for all the remaining chickens.


⦁ Take a wok and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Also, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Heat on high flame.

⦁ Add 6-7 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry it for a few seconds.

⦁ Now add the white part of two spring onions and 5-6 green chillies. Fry it for a while.

⦁ Add two cups of water or chicken stock. Now add a chicken cube to it and stir until it is dissolved.

⦁ Reduce the flame to medium and add the soy sauce (two tablespoons), one teaspoon of vinegar, two tablespoons of sugar, black pepper (one teaspoon), half tablespoon of chilli sauce, two teaspoons of ketchup, and salt to taste.

⦁ Mix it till it boils. Now add 2 tablespoons of corn starch to thicken the gravy. Stir it continuously, and it will thicken in a minute.

⦁ Gravy is now ready. Turn the flame off.

⦁ Now add Manchurian chicken into the gravy. Mix well and garnish with green onion.

⦁ Your organic chicken Manchurian recipe is now ready to serve.

You can use halal organic chicken to make this recipe but make sure that the halal organic meat that you are using is of high quality to its maximum advantage.
